Saison began as a small pop-up in 2018, built around the idea that the best meals start with whatever is ripest. We work directly with local farms, fisheries, and foragers to build a menu that changes with every season — sometimes every week.
Our open kitchen seats twelve at the counter, where you can watch the team break down a whole fish, hand-roll pasta, or plate a dessert finished tableside.
